What Makes Us Different
At Great Woods CrossFit, we are building more than stronger athletes. We are building a stronger community.
Built By The Community, For The Community
Our mission is to create an environment where people of every age, background, and fitness level feel challenged, supported, and inspired to become the strongest version of themselves. We believe fitness is about more than what happens inside the gym walls. It's about confidence, resilience, connection, and showing up for yourself and the people around you.
Your Journey, Our Support
We coach with purpose, lead with authenticity, and invest in every member's individual journey, because no two paths look the same. Here, your feedback matters, your goals matter, and your growth matters. This is your journey, but you'll never walk it alone.

Elizabeth Baisley-Amaral
Owner / Head Coach
Lizzie is the Owner and Head Coach of Great Woods CrossFit and is passionate about creating a gym where every person feels welcomed, supported, and challenged. She began CrossFit in 2014 and found a deeper passion for coaching in 2017, helping others build confidence, learn new skills, and grow stronger both inside and outside the gym.
After years of coaching and training, Lizzie stepped into ownership with one goal: to keep building a place where people can grow stronger, more confident, and more connected. Her coaching style is built on encouragement, connection, and meeting people where they are, because at Great Woods CrossFit, your journey matters.
Steve Le
Coach
Steve found CrossFit in 2020 and has been all in ever since, experiencing the community from every angle, as an athlete and as a drop-in at boxes across the country. No matter where he trains, the energy, grit, and support that define CrossFit stay constant.
That spirit is what drew him to coaching. He wants to help people push through tough moments, find their strength, and connect with something bigger than a workout, whether you're chasing a new PR or just trying to get through the day.
Jackie Kelly
Coach
Jackie's CrossFit journey began in June 2017, and she has been hooked ever since. Growing up competing in gymnastics and cheerleading, including at Framingham State, she found that CrossFit gave her the same camaraderie, challenge, and excitement she loved from a great practice or mastering a new skill.
She earned her CrossFit Level 1 certification in October 2025 and is excited to help athletes build confidence, learn new skills, and enjoy the process. In addition to coaching CrossFit, she teaches yoga at Great Woods, bringing a focus on movement quality, mobility, and balance to her coaching.
Patrick Daly
Coach
Pat has been part of the CrossFit world since 2012 and began coaching in 2015. He joined the Great Woods CrossFit coaching staff in 2023, bringing years of experience, dedication, and a steady, supportive presence to the gym floor.
Outside of the gym, Pat is a husband and father to three boys, works full time as a lineman, and is also a part-time drummer. He brings hard work, consistency, and a genuine love for fitness to everything he does.
Amanda Burns
Coach
Amanda is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer with a lifelong connection to the sport, having started CrossFit at just seven years old. She also has a strong background in dance, gymnastics, and collegiate field hockey, which built her coordination, discipline, and love for teamwork.
Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. As a coach, she is passionate about helping athletes of all levels move well, build confidence, and have fun in the process.
